ෆේස්බුක් හා ඊ-මේල් ගිණුම් වලට මෙන්ම වෙබ් අඩවි වලට හොරෙන් යමෙකු ඇතුළු වී තිබේ නම් ඒ පිළිබඳව දැනුම් දීමට මේ වනවිට මෙරට ආයතනයක් ක්‍රියාත්මක වනබව සමහර විට ඔබ නොදන්නවා ඇති.

ජනතාවගේ තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් පිහිටුවා ඇති මෙම ආයතනය ශ්‍රී ලංකා පරිගණක හදිසි ප්‍රතිචාර සංසදය (slcert) නමින් හඳුන්වන අතර එය ශ්‍රී ලංකා තොරතුරු සන්නිවේදන නියෝජිත ආයතනය යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන පූර්ණ රාජ්‍ය ආයතනයකි.


මෙම ආයතනයේ කාර්ය භාරය පිළිබඳව පැහැදිලි කරමින් එහි ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂණ ඉංජිනේරු රෝහණ පල්ලියගුරු මෙසේ සඳහන් කළේය.

Not Respondig මේක com එකක් තියෙන ඕනෑම කෙනෙක් දැකල තියෙන error massage එකක්නේ... මේක ආව වෙලාවට තියෙන ඔක්කොම හිර වෙනවා ඒ ගැනනම්  අලුතින් කියන්න ඕනේ නෑ හැමෝටම  හොද  අත්දැකීම් ඇති.. මොකක් හරි program එකක් not responding කියල වැටුන ගමන්ම සමහර  වෙලාවට program එක end task කරලා දාන්න task maneger එකත් එන්නේ නැතිවෙනවනේ ..ඔන්න ඕකට registry එක edit කරලා පොඩි විසදුමක් දෙන්නයි හදන්නේ..මේකෙදි අපි කරන්නේ මොකක් හරි program එකක් not responding වුන ගමන්ම අපි set කරන time එකට අනුව auto , program එක end task වෙලා යන එක ...මේකෙදි com එක struk කරගන්නේ නැතුව ඉක්මනින් යථාතත්වයට ගන්න පුළුවන්..  වැඩේ කරන්නේ මෙන්න මෙහෙමයි ..

Desktop කියන එක ඇතුලේ තියෙන AutoEndTasks කියන string එකේ value එක 1 ලෙස වෙනස් කර ok කරන්න ඉන්පසුව පහලින් තිබෙන WaitToKillAppTimeout කියන string එකට දෙන්න ඕනේ program එක endtask වෙන්න ඕන time එක (මිලි තත්පර වලින් )

ඔයා පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ Windows XP ද ??
පිළිතුර 'ඔව්' නම් මෙන්න ලේසියෙන්ම ඔයාලගේ Internet Connection එක 25%කින් වේගවත් කරන හැටි..

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් Windows XP විසින් අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතාවයෙන් 20%ක් Windows Update සහ Spyware checks වගේ ඔය එක එක දේවල් වලට වෙන් කරනවනේ..

ඉතින් එහෙනම් ඔයගොල්ලන්ටත් අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතාවයේ වේගය වැඩි කරගන්න ඕනේ නම් පහත පියවර අනුගමනය කරන්න..

1. මුලින්ම START යන්න-> ඊට පස්සෙ Run-> ඊලඟට gpedit.msc කියලා ටයිප් කරන්න.
2. දැන් Administrative Templates තුලට යන්න.
3. ඊලඟට Network tab එක ඇතුලට යන්න.
4. ඊටපස්සෙ QoS Packet Scheduler තුලට යන්න.
5. Limit Reservable Bandwidth තෝරාගෙන ඒක enable කරන්න.
6. ඊට පස්සෙ Bandwidth limit එක 20% ඉඳලා 0 %ට දාන්න. Apply කරන්න!
7. අන්තිමට START > Control Panel > Network Connections වලට ගිහින් ඔයාලා පාවිච්චි කරන Network Connection එක උඩ right click කරලා properties ගිහින් එකේ General ටැබ් එකේ QoS Packet Scheduler කියන තැන හරි ලකුණක් දාලද බලන්න.. නැත්නම් හරි ලකුණ දාන්න..
මේ ටික ඔක්කොම හරියට කලාට පස්සෙ PC එක restart කරන්න..
අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතාවයේ වේගය සැලකිය යුතු මට්ටමකින් වැඩි වෙලා තියේවි..


නමුත් මෙතන පොඩි ප්‍රශ්නයක් තියනවා වගේ නේද ?
මොකද පෝස්ට් එකේ මාතෘකාවෙ තියෙන්නෙ අන්තර්ජාල වේගය 25%කින් වැඩි කරගමු කියලනේ..
ඇත්ත කතාව මේකයි.. අපි හිතමුකෝ අපිට 100% වේගවත් අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතාවයේ වේගය ලැබුනයි කියලා..
නමුත් ඇත්තටම සාමාන්යෙන් අපිට දීලා තියෙන්නෙ 80%යි නේ..
මොකද ඒ 100%න් 20%ක් අර එක එක සේවා සඳහා වෙන් කරලානේ..
ඉතින් අපි ඇත්තටම අත් විඳින්නේ සම්පූර්ණ වේගයෙන් 80% යි..
ඉතින් 80% දැන් වේගය ලෙස සැලකුවොත් අපි අර වැඩි කරගන්න 20% අරගත්තොත් ඒක 80%න් 1/4ක්.
ඒ කියන්නෙ 25%ක් නේ ?? :P
ඔන්න ඔහොමයි 20%ක් මුවාවෙන් 25%ක්ම අන්තර්ජාල වේගය වැඩි කරගන්නේ.. ;)
